This role represents an exceptional opportunity for a 3-6 PAE Lawyer to advance their career in commercial litigation.   • High-stakes commercial litigation
  • Complex corporations law and regulatory matters
  • Advising companies, directors, and shareholders on restructuring and insolvency
  • Fraud, corruption investigations, and inquiries
  • Complex competition and consumer claims

You will act for a prestigious client base of significant corporate and public sector entities across key sectors such as energy, resources, and technology.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • A solid foundation of 3-6 years in commercial litigation, preferably from a top-tier firm.
  • A history of strong academic results (GPA 5.5+)
  • Experience in Commonwealth jurisdictions? (We particularly welcome applications from overseas lawyers looking to return to Australia)
