Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parkinson, QLD for an Assistant Service Manager. The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, coordinating with the service team, and managing schedules and workloads. This role also involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing schedules and coordinating with service teams
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and assure timely service delivery
  • Knowledge in industrial and commercial boiler systems is beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in contract management is a plus.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in management or a related field
