About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Southeast Queensland. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue targets within your territory.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

· Provide coaching and support to customer service and support teams.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

About You:

· Proven experience in driving sales, preferably in fire, safety, or industrial sectors.

· Experience in managing government clients and contracts.

· Experience in capital sales.

· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Ability to bring a culturally positive impact to our business.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and work as a cohesive member of a team.

· Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

· Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable.
