We're now looking for a
Contracts Administrator
to join our Projects team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil construction projects

The Role

As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be the commercial backbone of our project delivery team. You'll provide contract management, cost control, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams, you'll bring both technical expertise and commercial acumen to the table.

What You'll Do

  • Review, negotiate, and administer head contracts and subcontracts
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, and claims
  • Support subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory, and contractual obligations
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration (civil construction / infrastructure)

Strong knowledge of GC21, NEC4, and Australian Standard contracts

Demonstrated skills in cost control, variations, claims, and subcontractor management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field
