Previously to achieve this meant

  1. Set out on your own, meaning you have to do everything including all the stuff that you're not good at, or don't enjoy which limits your growth and makes each day a grind and means a LOT OF RISK

About You

A UNO broker puts client service at the core of their proposition. Hungry, driven and motivated to find, engage, advise, support and move clients to action. Your clients and partners will rave about the Epic Service they get from you

You will spend the vast majority (>85%) of your time finding and engaging prospects, building your referral networks and doing credit.

We provide a range of turnkey marketing services & support that you should leverage to build your own referral sources at low cost and minimal effort but ultimately your hustle, reviews and referrals are your biggest lever to grow your business in partnership with UNO.

Brokers who are waiting for clients to come to them or be fed leads will not suit the UNO proposition. Please note this is a self employed role, commission only.

Minimum qualifications to explore further

  • Australian based
  • 2+ years experience in mortgage lending (can be at a bank, lender or broker)
  • Highly driven and understand that nothing great happens overnight
  • Committed to high levels of sales & service
  • Grasps new technologies and ways of doing things quickly and easily
  • Comfortable with putting yourself out there
  • Looking forward to being fully remote (you can of course see your clients & referrers in person if you choose)
