About the Role

In this varied, fast-paced environment, no two days will be the same. You'll be the right hand to a highly driven MD, keeping operations, accounts, and client service running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, efficiency, and problem-solving, and is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a growing business.

This is a part-time, casual or contractor work-from-home role with occasional on-site or in-person meetings in Geelong (especially during the initial onboarding phase). But for the right fit we are open to looking further a field.


Key Responsibilities

Professional & Admin Support

  • Manage a calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence
  • Book travel and coordinate business events/expos
  • Provide personal admin support

Sales & Business Support

  • Process customer orders and liaise with suppliers
  • Assist with client follow-ups, CRM updates, and preparing sales reports
  • Support ongoing projects and liaise with key stakeholders

Accounts & Finance Admin

  • Reconcile accounts and allocate expenses/income in Xero
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage payroll & super
  • Complete BAS returns and maintain cashflow records

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in EA/PA, sales admin, or bookkeeping roles
  • Strong organizational skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion & trustworthiness with sensitive business and personal matters
  • Tech-savviness—Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to learn new tools
  • Proactive mindset—anticipating needs, solving problems, and embracing change
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and suppliers
  • Basic accounting knowledge and Xero experience (preferred, but training provided)
  • Experience or interest in agriculture and farming operations (highly desirable)
