What's on Role:

  • Multiple internship positions to work on a high-profile migration project, for a prestigious TCS client.
  • The objective of the CoreMod Enterprise Migration project is to migrate critical application workloads to a new infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and long-term operational sustainability.
  • This role is a key member of TCS Migration project team and would suit someone who is interested to do Internship in Information Technology projects that involves System Analysis, Migration Design/Build, Testing, Change and Project Management processes.

Day to Day Activities:

  • Perform IT Infrastructure and Application analysis activities
  • Support Application workload migration activities
  • Perform Functional and Non-Functional Testing activities for applications
  • Perform Project Co-ordination activities
  • Perform IT Change Co-ordination activities
  • Prepare Project Documentation
  • Prepare Project Status reports

Requirements/Skills:

  • Information Technology / Software Engineering background
  • Exposure to Agile and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Programming and Scripting skills (eg. Phyton)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptive and flexible, and have excellent inter-personal skills and a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills including writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with client and TCS project team members
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.)
