Ontop Homes PTY.LTD' is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreperson to join our team in Canberra ACT and surrounds. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Provide guidance and support to the construction team

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreperson in the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
