**Your new role**

This opportunity is unlike any other being presented in Canberra. You will be working on a significant $80M ACT Education project being delivered by a diverse project team, it is the first of its kind. Your role will include;
- Working alongside a skilled Project Management team
- Coordinate all subcontractors & internal trades
- Induction of all trades and running of toolbox talks
- Developing and reviewing programme to ensure daily activities align with project plans & timelines
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders, organising the procurement & delivery of materials
- Ensuring all WHS requirements are in place and being upheld

**What you'll need to succeed**

For this role you will be ready to take a step-up into a supervisory position within a top tier company & ready to work within a diverse team along with;
- Trade qualified background; Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber ect.
- Excellent communication skills & a team player mentality
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies & construction industry as a whole
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors
