  • Oversee the daily operations of logistics and transportation teams across multiple locations.
  • Monitor and manage transport budgets to align with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Analyse transport data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Profile

A successful National Transport Manager should have:
