About the role

We're looking for a subject matter expert in the field of insurance within superannuation to support our Member Experience Uplift program on a 12-month maximum term contract basis. 

Reporting to the Head of Insurance Governance & Oversight, you will draw from your expertise to ensure initiatives across the Program comply with regulatory reporting requirements. 

This will include:

  • Reviewing, and providing guidance on, initiatives arising from previous recommendations
  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholder teams to ensure overall Program alignment to the relevant internal Risk Management Frameworks and external Prudential standards
  • Regular communications to senior leadership on Program progress and updates
  • Partnering with external stakeholders to ensure change is implemented and reported on effectively

Experience and Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • A thorough understanding of insurance operations in superannuation, including legislative and regulatory requirements (including CPS250 and ASIC Report 806)
  • Proven experience managing Line 1 Risk
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people across the business including Board and Executive level
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ideally, experience working on projects and / or enterprise-wide programs

You're comfortable taking accountability but know when to escalate.  You're passionate about customer experience and delivering changes which will provide positive impacts for our members.
