Insurance Advisory Specialist

This role involves delivering tailored risk and underwriting advice to clients, staying ahead of emerging risks and identifying opportunities for clients to reduce the cost of insurable risk.
The key responsibility is to ensure that clients have the right insurance arrangements in place and are actively supported to reduce their risk exposure and the impact of claims.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end insurable risk advisory services from needs analysis to solution implementation and monitoring.
- Lead client relationship manager for allocated clients ensuring responsive, proactive engagement that supports risk management and resilience.
- Build and develop relationships internally and deliver strategic advisory services to clients.
- Adhere to quality assurance frameworks and continuously seek opportunities to improve service efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and deliver client engagement plans, monitoring reports on progress.
- 5 years of experience in insurance and/or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in team-based environments.
- Ability to support the design and delivery of insurance products and contribute to improvements.
