About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to support our team with business systems and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital platforms, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong drive to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across key business systems including aXcelerate, Pipedrive, Joomla CMS, Microsoft Planner, and Trello
  • Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot system issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to system development

About You

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities in a structured and efficient manner
  • Experience working on or supporting projects (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
