Nexa Solar is a strong and mature solar energy retailer that operates across New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.

Our team is focused, professional, and successful. We pride ourselves on integrity, our renewable energy options and value exceptional customer service. We've had solid growth over the past 36-48 months and are now looking to grow our residential solar sales team nationally.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE MAINLY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED SOLAR SALES EXPERTS.

To choose the right candidates we are looking for the following:

  • Ability to work autonomously, be self motivated and achieve, then exceed targets
  • Team player wanting to work in a supportive environment with like minded people
  • Experienced at face to face in home selling/closing (all appointments pre-qualified and confirmed prior)
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed and achieve consistent results year round
  • ABN number.
  • Ability to travel interstate for road trips (8-9 days on 5-6 off) in regional QLD, NSW, South Australia and Western Australia. (Optional)
  • Enthusiastic people with a burning desire to succeed.

  • Available immediately to hit the ground running

Ability to close the best leads you have ever worked and to follow up those you don't sell first time with same commitment, persistence, resilience and passion

40-60% Closing Ratio currently enjoyed by our consultants. The right candidate will share in the opportunity and income that our business has developed over the past 5 years, right from the word go

Our consultants earn $8000 - $15000 per week, earning their best ever pay packets since joining the solar boom. Comission structure starts from $1000 per system and go up to $2000 depending on the size of the system. All of our Salesrep's sell between 8-13 systems per week on an average.

All now claim solar to be the easiest, most enjoyable product they have sold; it just makes sense. The renewable energy space is the one to be in right now and into the future
