Supplier Success Manager

About the Role
As a Supplier Success Manager, you will act as the bridge between customers and the business, helping suppliers succeed by unlocking the full potential of the platform. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive retention and growth outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
You will be part of a high-performing, supportive team with the autonomy to work remotely in Brisbane, visiting clients two to three days per week and joining national team meetups across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong supplier relationships to drive product adoption and retention
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upsell and expanded usage
- Coach customers to become confident users of the platform
- Deliver proactive insights and best practice guidance to improve trading efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Contribute to team OKRs and report directly to the Head of Supplier Success
Skills and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Support, ideally within SaaS, tech-enabled services, or digital platforms
- Proven success in meeting upsell or retention targets
- Strong communication and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple clients effectively
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and solutions-focused mindset
- Bonus points for experience in the food and beverage, wholesale, or supply chain industries
