Manager, Customer Success

At Hutly, we're using AI to make real estate smarter, faster, and fairer. Our products power thousands of property professionals every day - from digital forms and compliance to data and automation.

Our newest product, BuddyBee, is already transforming the way agencies work - acting as their AI sidekick to streamline tasks, improve accuracy and deliver faster answers.

Now, we're looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead the transformation of our existing Customer Support team into a true Customer Success function - ensuring our customers not only get help when they need it, but achieve measurable outcomes and lasting value from BuddyBee and across the Hutly ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Lead the transition
    : evolve our Customer Support team into a proactive, outcomes-driven Customer Success function.
  • Champion customer success for BuddyBee
    : design and deliver onboarding, adoption and value realisation programs for agencies using AI to transform their workflows.
  • Operate and optimise the team
    : coach and scale a high-performing team with clear rhythms, SLAs, and success metrics.
  • Harness AI to scale impact
    : use automation to manage everyday queries, freeing the team to focus on relationships, insights and business outcomes.
  • Handle the big moments
    : manage escalations and complex cases with empathy, clarity and precision.
  • Be the voice of the customer
    : partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to close the feedback loop and inform product evolution.
  • Measure success
    : track and improve adoption, satisfaction, retention and automation performance.

About you

  • 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Support, or Client Services within SaaS.
  • Proven experience building or transforming a customer-facing function (support → success or similar).
  • Confident leveraging AI and automation to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
  • A natural leader and communicator - calm under pressure, strategic in execution.
  • Analytical and operationally strong, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
