About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure participants achieve meaningful results from Perception to Power programs. You will provide guidance, support, and structured follow-ups to maintain high levels of engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide participants through program processes. - Monitor progress and maintain records of engagement. - Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Provide insights and feedback to improve participant experience. - Participate in team training and professional development sessions.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years in client-facing, education, or support roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work with digital tools and online platforms. - Self-motivated and highly organised. - Commitment to participant success and growth.
Please Note:
This is a contractor role with performance-based remuneration.
Not suitable for students or those seeking entry-level work.
