Allied Health Assistant

Allied Health Assistant Mobile Speech Pathology role in Western Sydney. Flexible hours, weekly supervision, clear written session plans, and a supportive small team. Future full-time opportunity in 2026.
Bilingual applicants (Arabic and English) are strongly encouraged to apply. Many of the families we support are bilingual, and your skills will be highly valued.
At Noor Ability Clinic, we're a small and supportive paediatric practice. Being small means we genuinely value each other, we check in often, meet at cafés for supervision (we love coffee and matcha), and make sure no one ever feels like just another number.
We're looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our team. This role is paediatric and mobile, working in homes, schools, and community settings.
You will:
• Deliver therapy activities planned and written by a supervising Speech Pathologist
• Support children with speech and language delays, autism, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Use therapy resources, visuals, and devices provided for each session
• Record observations and feedback for the supervising Speech Pathologist
• Enjoy weekly supervision, written session plans, and ongoing mentoring
• Have the flexibility to pick your own hours and days
Our Approach
Team culture and support are at the forefront of what we do. You will never be left guessing, every session is written out step by step, so you can feel confident and focus on delivering the intervention instead of asking yourself questions.
Supervision, resources, and check-ins are part of the role, ensuring you always feel supported each step of the way.
Future Growth
There is an opportunity for this role to expand into a full-time position in 2026 for the right candidate.
About You
• You are currently studying Speech Pathology, another allied health discipline, or hold Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance
• You're enthusiastic about working with children and families
• You want hands-on experience to grow your skills and confidence while being supported with structure and supervision
• You value flexibility, teamwork, and being part of a supportive environment
• You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• You hold a full Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for mobile work
• You are eligible for NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• You hold current First Aid certification (or willing to complete training)
Why Join Us?
• Weekly supervision and strong guidance from a supervising Speech Pathologist
• Clear structure with written session plans provided
• A small team culture where your contribution matters
• Flexibility to balance work with study or other commitments
• Competitive pay and the chance to step into a full-time role in 2026
