Associate – Commercial Litigation

About the Role

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal advice and managing complex matters under the guidance of Senior Associates and Directors. You'll collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders while mentoring junior team members, ensuring excellence across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and efficiency.
  • Deliver tailored, strategic advice to clients on commercial litigation matters.
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in contracts, agreements, and key documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Debt recovery experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Current NSW practising certificate.

  • Minimum 3 years PAE with proven experience in commercial litigation.
