As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact, managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and staying on top of our busy national phone line and shared inbox.

This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills to get experience in a corporate environment.

This will be a
permanent,
full-time
position based in the
Sydney
office - please note due to the nature of this role, you will need to work in the office 5 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our national phone line.
  • Manage a national shared inbox of general enquiries.
  • Provide support to the wider building services team when required.
  • Provide relief to our front desk and front of house services.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.

About You

  • Full Australian working rights without restrictions.
  • Previous experience answering a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Excellent phone manner & attention to detail.
  • The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
