RM Air Services is seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for an apprentice eager to continue there journey in a new environment. The candidate should have experience in commercial and domestic install environments and a strong sense of pride in their work.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with the team to deliver the installation of mechanical services for a variety of projects across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs — including commercial interiors (fit-outs, and refurbishments) and high-end residential developments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in project delivery from rough-in to commissioning
  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Coordinating with site foremans and other trades
  • Service and maintenance work, as required
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Refrigeration apprentice
  • Experience in commercial HVAC installations
  • Experience in VRV, Split Ducted bulkheads and other air conditioning system installs.
  • Current driver's license, Police Check and Working with Children's Check
  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
