We are looking for a 2nd - 4th year apprentice to join the Growing Elite Refrigeration Team

The Role:

As an Apprentice Technician at Elite Refrigeration, you'll be working on a variety of commercial equipment, including ice machines, blast freezers, walk-in chillers, chilled water, air handling units, VRF systems, process chillers and commercial rack systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong customer service with help from other Technicians.
  • Refrigeration tasks, including service, installation and breakdowns.
  • Ice machine installation and maintenance.
  • HVAC service and installation works.
  • Collaborating with the team while also learning to work independently.
  • Taking pride in the quality of your work.
  • Being available to work on an on-call rotational roster.

Requirements:

You must meet the following requirements:

  • Enrolled in accredited A/C and Refrigeration Certificate III or higher.
  • Current manual driver's license.
  • Current White Card.
  • Able to complete Police checks and hold a Blue Card.
  • Australian resident.
