Velocity Truck Centres are seeking a motivated and curious Apprentice Technician to join our team based at Australia Post Sunshine West in 2026. If you're passionate about vehicles and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete a 4-year apprenticeship while earning a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Work on American, Japanese, and European light and heavy vehicles
  • Support qualified technicians with servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Follow factory procedures and maintain a safe, tidy workspace
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians during express assessments

About You

  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and commercial vehicles
  • Manual driver's license (or ability to obtain one)
  • Willingness to learn, commitment to TAFE studies, and a positive attitude
