As we continue to grow and take on exciting new projects, we're expanding our workforce to facilitate this. We are currently looking to recruit skilled people in the role of Posi-Track/Skid Steer Final Trim Operators to work in our Civils division.

About the role:

This role is for Perth metro sites, based out of our Maddington depot, with operations extending to our Landsdale depot from early 2026.

Reporting to our Civils Project Management team, this role is focused on projects which include civils, drainage and earthworks. You will be well supported by our Project Managers and site crew.

We are looking for a good work ethic, reliability and positive "can do" attitude above all. Full time work and good rates to be offered based on experience and skill.

Day to day this role will see you:

  • Commence the day at the Maddington depot
  • Complete required vehicle inspections
  • Completing tasks set out by Project Manager and Supervisor
  • Attend daily site prestart meetings with site crew
  • Operate machinery required to complete jobs efficiently to a high standard
  • Receive on the job training and growth in the company

What we are looking for:

  • Operator with Final Trim experience (essential)
  • Experience with Toyota Huskies and Posi-Track machines
  • Valid C class driver's license (essential) HR license (desirable)
  • White card(essential)
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • An excellent work ethic and pride in your work
  • Great initiative
  • Highly organised
  • Culturally aligned and able to work effectively in teams
  • Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
