About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tipper Truck Operator and Skid steer operator to join our skilled team at ETS Earthworks. As a full-time Tipper Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our tipper trucks to support our construction projects. This is a crucial role that plays a key part in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate tipper trucks to transport and dump materials on construction sites
  • Have an idea of weight and size limitations when loading truck
  • Secure and cover material to transport to site or waste management sites
  • Manoeuvre truck into position for loading, unloading and tipping
  • Conduct pre-start checks and report any maintenance issues with the vehicles
  • Skid steer - load and unload trucks, final trim, backfill retaining wall
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the wider construction team to support project timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of your activities and report on progress

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating tipper trucks in a construction environment
  • HR licence
  • Able to Labour when required
  • Some experience on loader beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
