Perth, Western Australia Civil and Demo Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Civil & Demo are seeking multiple experienced and talented Final Trim Bobcat/Posi Operators to join our professional Perth Metro based team on full time basis, assisting in leading project teams to ensure success and smooth day to day operations. The opportunity exists for proactive experienced operators to advance within the company with additional training. We carry out a diverse and challenging range of projects across the Metro area

Duties & tasks:

  • Bulk & detailed earthworks
  • Road Construction and Civil Drainage
  • Commercial and high end residential site works
  • Projects including car parks, unit developments, and apartment earthworks
  • Work Monday to Friday with Saturday work available 50+ hours per week

Experience & attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years' prior experience in commercial earth or road works
  • HR unrestricted license or above
  • Front end loader, Excavator and roller experience highly regarded
  • A current White card and certificates of competencies
  • Ability to read & interpret plans, use of laser levels & site set-out
  • Ability to set and final trim to level
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
