The cheesecake shop Strathpine is seeking for an enthusiastic, motivated and friendly Senior customer service attendant to join our friendly Team.

What we are looking for:

  • Aged 18+
  • Customer focused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and with in a Team.
  • Flexibility to work in the evening. And whenever needed on the weekend.

What you will be doing:

  • Greeting the customers, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all customers.
  • Maintaining the cake display, restocking the products and ensuring an inviting customer experience.
  • Taking phone calls and answering the customer queries.
  • Handling cash and POS system.
  • Opening or closing the shop.
  • Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Assisting other staff members whenever required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
