We are seeking a motivated and friendly customer service representative to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
About the Role:- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, responding promptly to queries, and resolving issues efficiently.

- Drive sales growth by promoting menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring seamless order execution.
- Contribute to store appearance by keeping the premises clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or similar setting is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering personalized service and building rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
