Site Manager – Childcare Centre Build (Wangaratta) $60/hr + Super | 7-Month Contract | Tier 3 Builder | Start Mid-December or Early January

This Melbourne-based Tier 3 commercial builder has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across education, childcare, industrial, and retail sectors. This $3–4M project involves a steel-framed, single-structure build, and will run for approximately 7 months. 

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all on-site activities and subcontractors
  • Interpreting construction drawings and identifying potential gaps or complexities
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
  • Communicating effectively with the project team and stakeholders
