We’re seeking a passionate and experienced mental health nurse to join our Wangaratta Continuing Care Team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to adults with complex mental health needs.

In this advanced clinical role, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, manage risk, and implement evidence‑based interventions within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll be supported to undertake a Master of Mental Health Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or equivalent, leading to Nurse Practitioner endorsement in line with NMBA standards.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

- Unencumbered registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

- Post‑registration mental health registered nursing practice experience of 5 years+, with at least two years at an advanced clinical nursing level of practice in a community setting

- Hold a Post graduate diploma in mental health nursing

- Ongoing engagement in individual Clinical Supervision

- Enrolled in a NMBA approved program of study providing academic preparation to apply for endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner or enrolling in next available semester
