A highly regarded design practice known for delivering sophisticated, place-led brand and spatial outcomes is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team. The studio's work spans major cultural, commercial, hospitality, and precinct projects, with a focus on premium signage, wayfinding, placemaking, and environmental graphics. They're seeking a proactive, client-facing project lead who can manage complex projects and coordinate across design, fabrication, and installation stages with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project management of signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics packages
  • Manage timelines, budgets and consultant coordination from concept to installation
  • Maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting with confidence
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative intent is preserved through delivery
  • Work with suppliers, fabricators and contractors to achieve high-quality built outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing signage, wayfinding or environmental graphics projects end-to-end
  • Solid understanding of financial management and reporting across project deliverables
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, oversee technical documentation and manage production timelines
  • Background in design, architecture or interiors considered a plus
  • Highly organised with a solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
