EARL Canteen is Melbourne's premium quick service sandwich, salad and coffee destination. Established in 2010 EARL has been making breakfast and lunch a little more exciting for the hard working people of Melbourne CBD and now extends to 5 stores with more to come

We are currently recruiting for a Barista/Team Leader, based in Melbourne CBD, who thrives in a faced paced environment, has a genuine sense of hospitality and a desire to offer the very best in customer service. This is a Full Time in-store position over a Monday to Friday roster. Previous barista experience in a high volume environment is a requirement of this role.

This is a hands-on position ensuring the day to day efficiency of the store operations and requires someone with the ability to multi task with a high attention to detail. We offer a great support network from our Operations Manager, and Head Office Team, and a range of finely tuned systems and procedures to ensure our store teams are able to focus on our number one priority, our customers.

Given our corporate locations, we are seeking someone with a high level of personal presentation who can articulate our philosophy with confidence.

Naturally applicants are required to have full-time availability and working rights in Australia. We would be seeking a longer term commitment and this position is not suitable for applicant with limited availability.
