NQ Staff Services has a great opportunity for a determined and motivated Business Development Officer in Cairns to support the expansion of our company and help build on our success.

NQ Staff Services specialises in both short and long term labour hire management. Our aim is to provide exceptional customer service and to not only exceed all client expectations but maintain strong links with industry leading clients for years to come.

Key attributes and skills we are looking for include:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong administration skills

  • Managing compliance

  • Managing our candidate workforce

  • Use of Microsoft Office Programs – including Word and Excel

  • High attention to detail

  • Outgoing and personable
