Gold Key Real Estate is a growing and dynamic agency based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, with a strong presence across Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, Tarneit, Armstrong Creek, Geelong, Mount Cottrell, Little River, and Lara.

We have a golden opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in a fully supported, fast-growing real estate team.

While experience in real estate is preferred, it's not essential. What truly matters is that you're an excellent communicator, hardworking, confident, and eager to learn.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A valid Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain one

Your Role

  • Prospecting and converting warm leads into opportunities
  • Attending open homes and auctions
  • Liaising with vendors and following up with buyers
  • Booking and attending appraisals
  • Organising photography, floor plans, and marketing
  • Working closely with the team to achieve outstanding sales results
  • Learning the skills needed to consistently market and sell properties for your clients .
