With a customer connect team managing general enquiries, a customer operations team providing specialist support and a national R&M team backing you up, you'll be free to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
- Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
- Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes and all
- Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience
What You'll Bring
