Summary of the Role
At ARRC Healthcare Services, we are building a new standard of allied health care by combining musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological physiotherapy with adaptive programs and community health initiatives.
We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team across our Helensvale and Hope Island clinics. Success in this role means delivering exceptional patient outcomes, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and contributing to ARRC's mission of innovation, collaboration, and community impact.
This role is central to our growth: you'll play a key part in shaping ARRC's service offering, while gradually moving into mentorship, leadership, and program development opportunities over 12–24 months.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide physiotherapy services across diverse caseloads, including musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological conditions across the lifespan.
- Manage and sustain a varied caseload while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of exercise physiologists, trainers, and allied health professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as GPs, NDIS support coordinators, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
- Contribute to ARRC's community initiatives, adaptive sports projects, and innovative health programs.
- Identify opportunities to develop your own professional niche or lead new services aligned with your expertise.
- Actively embody ARRC's values of innovation, collaboration, and community in your clinical practice.
Qualifications
We are looking for a clinician with the following:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in private practice physiotherapy.
- Registration: Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong ability to build and sustain a diverse caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient-first care, innovation, and community health.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Motivation to grow into leadership, mentorship, or program development roles.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: Depending on experience.
- Flexibility: Options for full-time, part-time, or contractor roles.
- Career growth: Leadership development, clinical management, and pathways to create your own programs.
- Professional diversity: Exposure to musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports rehabilitation in both able bodied and adaptive disciplines.
- Unique opportunities: Work with adaptive athletes, community health initiatives, and innovative projects.
- Supportive environment: A collaborative, values-driven culture where your work is valued, and your ideas are encouraged.
Why ARRC?
Joining ARRC means joining a team that is redefining allied health. You'll have the chance to combine clinical excellence with community impact, work alongside a supportive team, and be empowered to grow in a way that fits your passions and expertise.
This is not just another clinic role — it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
