Galvins Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned Western Australian company founded in 1933 and has grown to be the leading plumbing supplier with 25 branches located throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory

We are currently looking for a Counter Salesperson to join our company, based out of our Willetton branch, and are always looking for driven and conscientious people to join our ranks. There may be career progression opportunities once experienced

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Answering customer queries about products
• Assisting customers with product selection
• Resolving customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handling returns and exchanges
• Ensuring counter/customer service area is stocked, organised, neat and tidy
• Ensuring each customer leaves the store pleased with the product and service

The right candidate would have:-

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport easily
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Problem solving skills
• A customer focused and positive attitude
• An ability to work in a team environment
• Computer literacy
• A polite and friendly disposition
• C Class license
