About the business

We are on the lookout for an experienced Leasing Manager & Business Development Manager to join one of our top client clients in Surry Hills. This role will be integral to a large property management team and will be heavily supported by a robust sales team helping with up to 80% of warm leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organic Growth of property management

  • Arranging and conducting market appraisals

  • Maintain and develop client relationships

  • Offer professional advice to clients

  • Listing and leasing of residential and some commercial properties

  • Conducting Property Inspections

  • Communicating with vendors and purchasers, developers and or leases and lessors

  • Work closely with Sales Agents & Property management team

  • Achieve set agreed targets

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge and networks in the Inner City property market

  • The ability to build and nurture relationships when engaging new business

  • Willing to Prospect through Phone Calling /Door Knocking/Direct Mail

  • Strong Negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, proven management skills with ability to multi task

  • Excellent presentation, organisational and administration skills

  • Current Drivers Licence and Reliable car

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
