Operations and Data Associate – Follio

a standard admin role. It's a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder to help

build an industry-leading property investment app and data platform. If you're curious,

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting in building out the back-end systems and data infrastructure for the Follio
  • platform
  • Collating, sorting, and maintaining property and project data (pricing, scheduling,
  • returns, specs)
  • Liaising with developers and agents to collect and verify information on pricing,
  • inclusions, and timelines
  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams with accurate property data and insights
  • Helping coordinate between our internal developers, advisors, and partners
  • Providing general administrative and project support across all business units
  • Contributing ideas, systems, and creative solutions as we scale nationally

What We're Looking For

  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for systems, structure, and
  • improvement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to be part of building something
  • meaningful, not just doing a job
  • Excellent communicator, confident dealing with both developers and data partners
  • Organised and tech-savvy — comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and digital tools
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn from a fast-moving founder-led environment
  • Ideally from a property, investment, or tech background (but not essential)
