About This Role

Our multidisciplinary team of therapists is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide holistic therapy from clinics across Sydney and the Illawarra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with various presentations, including literacy, speech and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessment and prescriptions.

We offer a supportive environment where you can develop your skills through thorough support from our Clinical Supervisor, who provides monthly supervision to assist you in developing your skills. You will also participate in quarterly professional development with our team of Speech Pathologists across the organization.

Additionally, you will receive coaching every month from our Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals. Our modern clinic and community settings provide all the resources you need to succeed. You will have an allocated buddy to support you through your induction and beyond.

You will observe experienced clinicians from all disciplines in therapy sessions and have access to our online Learning and training library. Ongoing and consistent supervision, training, and support are provided by our team of Speech Pathologists as well as the broader allied health team.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current driver's licence and vehicle
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
