**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you ready to drive the expansion of an iconic Australian brand? JLL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead the growth of Australia Post's parcel locker network through strategic partnerships.
As the Business Development Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and securing prime locations for parcel locker installations across Australia. You'll collaborate closely with Network Operations to ensure all potential sites meet strict suitability and safety criteria while strategically prioritising the roll-out.
**An overview of the role**:
- Lead the expansion of Australia Post's parcel locker network through strategic partnerships
- Identify and engage with key property owners, managers, and occupiers for potential locations
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and present compelling business cases
- Manage relationships with existing and potential property partners
- Oversee Transaction Management and Paralegal teams to meet negotiated outcome KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for smooth implementation of new parcel locker locations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on pipeline and market segment performance
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in logistics or real estate
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including CRM systems and data analysis platforms
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical or operational environment
