We are setting new standards in dog grooming, expanding into Sydney with our flagship salon in Surry Hills. For the past three years, we have been a leading premium grooming salon in Canberra, known for creating a new market segment and setting the bar for the industry. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Groomer/Salon Lead to oversee our new Sydney salon, opening in December. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who excels in leadership, operational management, and creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in salon leadership with a strong track record of maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.
- Excellent dog grooming skills with an in-depth understanding of different breeds, temperaments, and grooming styles.
- Strong leadership abilities to mentor and inspire groomers and bathers.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture that values communication, respect, and teamwork.
- High-level customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage day-to-day salon operations and maintain top-quality service.
