TEAM ASSISTANT
Join our team as a pivotal player in supercharging the growth and impact of our business We're seeking a dynamic Team Assistant with experience in supporting Sales Directors and working in a professional services environment.
In this role, you'll provide administrative support to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional internal and client experiences. As a point of contact for clients, you'll closely collaborate with the Operations and Project Management teams and be at the forefront of planning and executing client and internal projects.
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Administrative support:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and execute business priorities to ensure peak efficiency. - Sales coordination:
Drive sales success by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining CRM. - Project administration:
Working alongside our Senior Project Managers to support on client project logistics and implementation. - Document management:
Maintain quality and precision in documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail. - Team catalyst:
Fuel our team's growth mindset with your energy and support, propelling us to new heights of achievement.
You are:
- Experienced Team/Personal Assistant:
Bring more than 2 years of expertise in supporting Sales Directors to achieve success. - Effective communicator:
Skilled at connecting with team members and clients alike. Serving as a vital link in our communication chain, and professionally representing Maximus to our clients. - Organisational expert:
Efficiently orchestrate tasks, schedules, and priorities to ensure smooth operations. - Thrive in fast-paced environments:
Lean in to navigate challenges with grace, turning them into opportunities in our dynamic setting. - Problem-solving pro:
