Who are we?

Craft your future with Suntory Oceania, a new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food. Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.

As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.

The Opportunity:

This is not your average admin role. You'll be the right hand to three members of our Commercial Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, coordinating domestic and international travel, and preparing for high-profile visits from global Suntory executives. You'll be embedded in the leadership team, attending key meetings and contributing to the rhythm of our fast-paced, fun, and high-performing sales culture. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting, invoicing and purchase orders.

Team Coordination

  • Support team communications and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Help organise team events, workshops, and offsites.
  • Maintain shared documents, files, and team resources.

Operational Support

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the Directors.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team logistics.

Project Assistance

  • Provide light-touch support on cross-functional projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables.

What you'll bring:

To help you hit the ground running, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional diary management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and confidently navigate competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and global executives.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team.
  • A positive, engaging personality with a "work hard, play hard" attitude.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Experience supporting the planning and delivery of events.

Unleash Your Spirit

As Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good. We take pride in our sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, striving to grow responsibly and inclusively. Come be part of the Suntory family and Unleash Your Spirit.

In addition to being part of a passionate team, we offer a competitive remuneration package, generous incentive and an industry leading parental leave policy. This position is a critical part of our Commercial team so has plenty of scope for professional development with the opportunity to learn from, and work with, top leaders across the Oceania, regional and global business.

Our DEI Commitment:

At Suntory, we recognise that diverse knowledge, perspectives, and backgrounds contribute to our collective success. We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all individuals can bring their whole selves to work every day, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.

Our recruitment and selection processes are designed to highlight what Suntory offers as an employer while allowing candidates to share their unique skills and experiences. We understand that career trajectories vary, and if you believe your experience/background can benefit our team, we encourage you to apply. We endeavor to make our interview process as inclusive as possible and offer reasonable accommodations as needed.
