Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Installer looking for a stable, long-term role with a respected local company?

Marsh Air Conditioning is expanding and seeking a skilled installer to join our growing team, specialising in residential ducted system installations.

The Role

This position involves installing ducted air conditioning across a variety of domestic applications.

You'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team to ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard. Must have experience install Ducted Systems.

What You'll Need

  • Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • White Card and Current Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
  • Strong work ethic, neat presentation, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
