About the Role
Join our high-performing Value Proofing Team at the Perth Repair Centre in Welshpool, where you'll carry out rebuilds on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr Components.
You'll work a 4/3 day-shift roster (6am–6pm, Monday to Thursday), contributing to fast-paced rebuilds while mentoring maintainers and ensuring all work meets OEM standards.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Conduct Component Rebuilds to OEM Standard
Use precision tools and technical data to ensure quality
Collaborate to meet rebuild deadlines
Mentor team members and support continuous improvement
Maintain safety, efficiency, and detailed reporting
About You
Essential:
- Minimum 3yrs Component Rebuild experience.
- Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
- High Risk Work Licence.
Desirable:
SAP System knowledge.
OEM experience.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- BHP Standardised Work experience.
