About the role:

Based at our fully equipped workshop in Bibra Lake, your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Disassemble, inspect for reusability & assemble Diesel engines, previous experience with C9-C27, 3400,3500 series Engines advantageous.
  • Disassemble, inspect for reusability & assemble Powertrain components, previous experience in Cat & Komatsu Quarry size equipment advantageous.
  • Disassemble, inspect for reusability & assemble Hydraulic pumps, motors & valves, previous experience in Cat/ Komatsu Quarry size equipment & mobile crushing advantageous.
  • Disassemble, inspect for reusability & assemble Hydraulic Cylinders.
  • Training the next generation of HD Fitters/ Component specialists, i.e Apprentices.

You reside in Australia with permanent residency.

You are looking to share knowledge and take part in the training of the next generation of mechanics.

You have experience with a wide range of CAT and Komatsu mining and construction Plant.

You have an Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Plant Mechanics Trade Certificate.)

You have a current Manual Drivers Licence.

You have a firm understanding & Commitment to Safe Working Practices, and are keen to work alongside a safety dedicated team.
