As part of our expansion, we are launching a major new project in March 2026 and are seeking a skilled Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in this exciting initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support large-scale systems within our e-commerce platform.

* Ensure the reliable and secure performance of systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

* Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other engineering teams to integrate network solutions seamlessly with our software and data systems.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network traffic, connectivity, and system failures.

* Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection systems to safeguard user information and infrastructure.

* Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans for critical systems.

* Document network designs, configurations, and system architecture for clarity and compliance.

* Participate in a team environment but also work independently to deliver results in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and system administration within enterprise-level environments.

* Solid experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.), routers, firewalls, switches, and load balancing.

* Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, macOS) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud networking.

* Strong knowledge of network security practices, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system/network issues.

* Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is advantageous.

* Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly preferred.

Preferred Additional Skills:

* Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

* Experience in containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
