About the Role

You MUST be self-motivated, have good time management skills and a "positive down to earth" attitude to fit in with the existing team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical as you will have constant direct contact with our clients.

You will be given hands-on exposure and training in everything from remote support to onsite and project work - covering servers, desktops, networks.

Skills & Qualities

• Outstanding customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to think logically and solve problems accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work in a team environment as well as work autonomously when required.
• Demonstrated experience working within a customer service focused role
• Relevant formal studies in Information Technology would be preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate in the Tagalog Language
• A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Experience with file & print sharing, general network management and remote management tools would be preferred.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as firewalls and routing.
• Exceptional level of honesty and hardworking approach.
• Commitment to learning, taking direction and continuous improvement.

What the Role requires

• Analysing, developing, interpreting and evaluating complex system design and architecture specifications, data models and diagrams in the development, configuration and integration of computer systems
• Researching, analysing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance
• Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications and operating systems
• Providing specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies
• Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
• Providing network programming in support of specific business needs and requirements
• Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory, and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks, and maintenance instructions
• Monitoring network traffic, and activity, capacity and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance
