About the Role
As Principal, you will lead the department's vision, driving improvements in student educational outcomes across your schools. You will enhance the quality of teaching and learning while fostering strong, positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in shaping a supportive and effective learning environment. The Principal reports directly to the School Supervisor, ensuring alignment with broader educational goals and standards. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the school community.
Your Responsibilities
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
